The Interwebs are at it again with insider info that claims the Wi-Fi enabled 8820 will be launching as early as next week on AT&T rather than in August, but it’s all hearsay at this point. Does this mean much to us? Unless you’re on AT&T then probably not, but if you’ve been eyeing the 8800 and don’t care about Wi-Fi then you’ll be able to snag one for cheap with a string of upcoming promotions, so the insiders claim. And for some reason AT&T has explicity told reps not to mention anything about Wi-Fi unless they’re asked. OK?
