The next Call of Duty game will not be about saving Infinity Ward employees from Activision. I’m a little disappointed.
A Web site has popped up announcing the November 9, 2010 release of Call of Duty: Black Ops. My guess is that the Activision Web guy is in a bit of hot water right now.
Wikipedia defines “black operations” as “covert operation[s] typically involving activities that are highly clandestine and, often, outside of standard military protocol.”
There’s no real info beyond that (presumably Treyarch is developing it…), but I’m going to guess that there will be a lot of left-clicking over men’s faces (assuming there’s a PC version, of course).

Oh, apparently the game’s teaser trailer will debut later today on Spike TV.
