Geoff has led Y Combinator as its president for a little over a year now, and joined the accelerator as a partner nearly a decade ago.

Prior to Y Combinator, Geoff built and sold RocketMail, the product that later served as the foundation for Yahoo! Mail. He then led the music streaming service Lala (acquired by Apple in 2012) as CEO, and built up the edtech-focused accelerator Imagine K12, which merged with YC in 2016.
