Amber Quiñones

Amber Quiñones is a former fitness instructor and startup operator turned VC. In her current role as the Head of Platform & Operations at BBG Ventures, Amber is the connective tissue between founders, investors, and senior operators, working to source and grow women- and BIPOC-founded businesses while increasing fund value. Prior to joining BBGV, Amber led Growth & Customer Success on the founding team of the proptech startup, withco — developing the company’s early product and customer journey. As a Stanford d.school grad, Amber cares deeply about user experience and service design; and her personal mission is to elevate diverse leaders creating delightful, need-solving products that support underestimated communities.
