Bharat Vasan

Bharat Vasan is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, having led consumer, connected device startups in both the technology and cannabis spaces. Bharat believes that technology can be an empowering force for millions of adults who are looking to take the guesswork out of cannabis. Bharat was most recently CEO of PAX Labs, where he led the company through its post-split transition. Prior to PAX, Bharat led two venture-backed consumer companies to successful acquisitions as President, August Home, Inc. (acquired by Assa Abloy in 2017) and Co-founder, Basis Science, Inc. (acquired by Intel in 2014). Prior to his startup life, Bharat served as the COO and CFO for Electronic Arts’ Online team, and was a member of EA’s global mergers and acquisitions team from 2002 to 2010.
