Bogomil Balkansky

Bogomil Balkansky is a partner at Sequoia where he focuses on infrastructure technologies, cloud, and SaaS investments. Bogomil is a director of Bigeye, Chainguard, Cortex, Mutiny, Oasis Security, Release, Salt Security, and Temporal, and works closely with companies including Apex Security, Coana, Chkk, Cyera, Infracost, Pydantic, Wiz, Zafran, and Zeet. Bogomil has more than twenty years of high-tech industry experience spanning infrastructure software to SaaS business apps. Prior to Sequoia, Bogomil held executive leadership positions at Siebel Systems, VMware and most recently Google Cloud. Earlier, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Bogomil holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MBA from Stanford University.
