Ciel Qi

Ciel Qi is a research assistant at the Rhodium Group’s China Practice and an M.A. candidate in Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program, with a concentration in technology and security. She also holds a master’s degree in religion, ethics and politics from the Harvard Divinity School.
