Delores Terry

Delores Terry serves on Visa’s North American and Global Digital Partnerships team, heading Business Development for Consumer Fintech platforms. Beyond her engagement with early-stage fintechs, she spearheads initiatives to support diverse founders in fintech through Visa’s Inclusive Client Partnerships. Her team is committed to forging and developing partnerships with mission-driven fintech companies striving for a more equitable financial system. They dedicate efforts to dismantling barriers within the payments ecosystem that minority founders frequently encounter, such as funding challenges and limited community access. Prior to her current role, Delores held various positions at Visa, including issuer sales, product management, and business strategy and planning. Delores is a proud graduate of Howard University and currently resides in Washington, D.C
