Jake Vacovec

Jake is the cofounder of FlyCode, a payment optimization platform designed to help subscription businesses maximize payment acceptance and boost revenue. Jake and his team launched FlyCode after participating in Y Combinator’s program, onboarding their first customers in late 2023. At FlyCode, Jake leads revenue growth, the product roadmap, and customer-facing analytics. Before FlyCode, Jake was the VP of Product at Behalf, where he built their API platform and introduced one of the first Buy Now, Pay Later products for B2B eCommerce and cross-border payments, facilitating over $1 billion in loans. He was also responsible for new product go-to-market, platform partnerships, and enterprise implementations. With over a decade of experience in fintech, Jake is a strong believer that nearly every company can benefit from being a fintech company. He is a graduate of Middlebury College where he studied economics and statistics. Outside of FlyCode, Jake enjoys skiing and cooking.
