Jason Brausewetter is the General Manager of Figure Equity Solutions at Figure, a fintech company that leverages blockchain technology to deliver innovative product solutions across several operating business lines. Figure Equity Solutions is a platform that enables companies to raise capital, manage their cap table, and provide liquidity to existing stakeholders. Jason is also the Founder of Gain Advisory, a consulting company that counsels startups on go-to-market, sales, marketing, product development, pricing, and fundraising. He offers a free service to help founders nail their pitch through. He is a serial intrapreneur with his 6th startup and with over 25 years of experience in leadership in the financial services industry. He’s held executive positions at companies such as Nasdaq, Discovery Data, Long-Term Stock Exchange, Q4, LOYAL3, Charles Schwab, and Morgan Stanley. Jason has been involved in every aspect of the capital markets, from equity market-making, traditional and alternative investments, wealth management, investor relations, portfolio and risk analysis, deal syndication, and capital raising. He enjoys biking, carpentry, coaching youth sports, and traveling with his family. He is an angel & seed investor in disruptive startups. He mentors small businesses to help them get off the ground, grow their businesses, and achieve their goals.
