Joséphine Kant is a Global Program Manager at Google for Startups, a certified leadership coach with her own practice, and co-founder of the non-profit Impact Gym focused on social entrepreneurship. As Global Program Manager for Google for Startups, Joséphine works on Google’s acceleration program that annually helps thousands of entrepreneurs get access to mentoring, technology, and connections. Prior to that, she worked in People Operations and advised Google’s leadership on location strategy and the talent workforce, designing hiring assessment tools to encourage unbiased and more equitable decision making. Joséphine is a certified and ICF-accredited leadership coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest leadership development organization in the world, and runs a private coaching practice for entrepreneurs. She also sits on the Forbes Coaching Council, an invitation-only organisation for leading business and career coaches. She specialises in coaching startup founders on leadership, building culture, team development, and hiring and retaining talent. As an advocate for social entrepreneurship, Joséphine co-founded Impact Gym. Impact Gym is a non-profit focused on developing founders from underrepresented communities by connecting them to capital and connections. Her passion is to help social impact entrepreneurs leave their mark on the world.
