Kakul Srivastava

Kakul is the CEO of Splice, the music creation platform serving a global community of producers, innovators, and musicians, and home to the industry’s highest-quality, royalty-free sound sample library. Kakul has served on Splice’s Board since 2021 and joined as CEO in 2022 from Adobe, where she was Vice President of Creative Cloud Experience and Engagement. Kakul has spent her career building companies that leverage technology to help creators thrive, grow communities, and create great customer experiences. Prior to Adobe, Kakul was the Vice President of Product & Marketing at GitHub, helping empower the world’s largest community of coders while building a high-growth enterprise business. Earlier in her career, Kakul helped build some of the most iconic consumer tech products, including Adobe’s Photoshop line of software, Flickr, Yahoo! Mail, and WeWork Commons. She was also the founder and CEO of Tomfoolery, Inc., a venture-backed start-up dedicated to improving how teams work, which was bought by Yahoo in 2014.
