Karthik Paga

Karthik Paga is a Sr. Research Engineer in Raven’s Applied Technology Division. Within Raven’s Precisions Agriculture Business, his team is focused on developing and deploying AI systems for situational awareness that directly enable autonomous operations that involve close interactions with people and machines in the field. Raven’s Level $ & 5 autonomy products are actively being used by customers and constantly being tested in a variety of field conditions, all the more driving the need for data and AI systems. Karthik graduated from the Carnegie Mellon’s Robotics Institute where he had the opportunity to team up and build robots for marine and lunar exploration, AI models for robotic manipulation tasks etc. Prior to Carnegie Mellon he was involved in developing the planning and control software for robotic manipulators used in factory floors. Beyond robots, he shares interests in exploring & conserving the natural world and enabling communities for better healthcare.
