Karthik Subramanian

Karthik leads Goldman Sachs’ Infrastructure Software Investment Banking practice within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) group. He advises a range of public and private software companies, venture capital and private equity firms on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, equity and debt capital raising and activism defense. Karthik has nearly 15 years of advisory experience. He earned a Bachelors degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
