Kirsty Roth

As Chief Operations and Technology Officer, Kirsty oversees Thomson Reuters drive for a superior customer and employee experience, leveraging the company’s engineering, technology, operations, procurement, and real estate teams as well as our Print Business. Since joining Thomson Reuters, in 2020, Kirsty led our Change program, leading to increased revenue and margins and a much-improved customer experience, introducing digital, improving in-product experience and our support processes. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Kirsty was Global Head of Operations at HSBC, where she led a transformation of the bank’s technology, processes and innovation capability, including developing industry-first machine learning solutions for payment screening and scaling robotics to speed up customer processes and improve sustainability. She has also held roles at Credit Suisse, driving change across Finance, Technology and Operations, and at Deloitte as a consulting partner.
