Lior Zorea is a Corporate and Securities partner at Nixon Peabody who leads the firm’s west coast representation of emerging growth technology companies through their entire life cycle—from business formation to funding (from angel to seed to venture financing to late-stage expansion capital) to optimizing their exits. Lior also has extensive experience forming new venture capital funds as well as representing existing VCs in financings for technology startups. Lior understands that technology is a ubiquitous change agent, and he has successfully advised clients in virtually every information technology industry, including internet, consumer-interfacing and enterprise software, digital media, hardware, semiconductor, battery tech, mobile startups, health tech, fin-tech, VR/AR and cryptocurrency.
