Hi, I’m Luciana, an HR trainer, Mentor, and Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience & specializing in the IT industry. For the past 11 years, I’ve been part of the HR development at ITX Corp, a remote company with a start-up heart that focuses on creating a people-oriented workplace with a strong culture and innovative environment. During my time at ITX Corp, I have contributed to expanding the team across 16 countries while ensuring that our company culture remains consistent across all locations. Currently, I’m focused on team development and managing HR projects to implement new initiatives. As the founder of JOBPONT, my goal is to train and develop strategic HR leaders who can help organizations create great places to work and generate value for both employees and businesses. I’m passionate about fostering healthy work environments that prioritize work/life balance for team members and positively contribute to society.
