Marcie Vu is a partner at Greycroft. She joined in 2023 based in San Francisco, and focuses on software investments for the firm. Her investments include Contextual AI, Coactive AI, Reken, and Whatnot. Prior to Greycroft, Marcie was a Partner at Qatalyst, where she helped build the Consumer Tech M&A Group and advised on strategic M&A transactions including the sales of LinkedIn to Microsoft, Honey to PayPal, OpenTable to Booking Group, Orbitz to Expedia and Glassdoor to Recruit. Prior to Qatalyst, Marcie was Head of Consumer Internet Banking at Morgan Stanley where she helped build that team and led some of the most significant IPOs, including Alibaba.com, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Pandora, and Zynga. Additionally, Marcie has served as an independent board director for both private and public growth companies, including thredUP, Scopely, and Blockchain.com.
