Marissa Peretz

Marissa founded Silicon Beach Talent with her Co-Founder, Max Brown, in 2015, a recruiting, consulting, and advisory board firm focused on venture backed companies in Los Angeles. SBT works primarily in the areas of frontier technology, mobility, consumer electronics, robotics, defense, e-commerce, social conscious businesses and consumer tech and focuses on executive search through high level individual contributors in the areas of Engineering (hardware and software), Product, Design, Creative, Growth and People. Prior to founding Silicon Beach Talent, Marissa was in house as a leader in Technical Recruiting and People at Tesla as well as part of the M&A team focused on strategically growing Tesla operations both domestically and internationally. Marissa started at the ground floor of Tesla and was instrumental in scaling the company to over 15k employees. She led teams in multiple locations and was responsible for several thousand employees. Marissa is on the board of advisors to the most cutting edge companies in Los Angeles, is an angel investor and is a key business strategist for high growth startups.
