Matt Oshinsky

As a legal counselor to startups, Matt Oshinsky advises and guides emerging growth companies throughout their corporate life cycles. Matt also represents a range of private equity and venture capital investors. His business depth of counsel includes extensive experience representing well-established and market-leading technology and medical device companies in mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments. Matt has been working in Silicon Valley’s startup ecosystem for nearly two decades and has guided a range of companies from formation to IPO and beyond. Prior to commencing his private practice, Matt worked briefly in the White House in the Presidential Personnel Office and at the U.S. Agency for International development. Matt has received recognition from The Legal 500 United States for his counsel to emerging companies and venture capital firms.
