Plumerai’s AI software is deployed on millions of cameras in the field and can be found in products on the shelves of Walmart and Best Buy. Thanks to its capability to run AI on-device with unmatched accuracy it has won several major US-based home and enterprise security companies as customers like Chamberlain Group. Roeland has been researching energy-efficient AI for years, which then led him to found Plumerai. Plumerai’s investors include Tony Fadell, Principal at Build Collective, Dr. Hermann Hauser KBE, Founder of Arm, and LocalGlobe.
