Ru Chiang

Ru Chiang is the CTO of Candy Shop. He is a passionate product builder with Computer Science background. He started his career straight into the Crypto industry, and has been building solutions for multiple fields, including crypto exchanges, custodians and web3 native applications. He led the custody product development at Hex Trust, a licensed Hong Kong digital asset custodian, and has helped built the exchange / internal custody product at Crypto.com. He was also a participant of the Hong Kong Science and Technology park incubation program where he built a community goods sharing platform to reduce food waste. Prior to starting Candy Shop, he led a team building NFT fractionalization product which was awarded the 1st place of the Serum and Wormhole hackathon.
