Sophie Duffy

Sophie Duffy is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies and Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits practices. Ms. Duffy represents public and private companies in all aspects of employment law, with a focus on the employment needs of emerging companies and start-ups. She regularly advises clients on the labor and employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She also has an extensive counseling practice. This includes advising on discrimination and retaliation claims, executive hiring, terminations, performance plans, leaves of absence, and other policies, as well as restrictive covenants disputes. Ms. Duffy also conducts pay equity audits, workplace trainings, and internal investigations.
