TechCrunch's Hackathon Goes Global
TechCrunch has been uncovering some of the best tech creators and programmers through our Disrupt Hackathons, hosted the weekend before our Disrupt conferences. This year, we’re expanding our hackathon in a big way by going virtual. We’re inviting thousands of people from around the world to participate in our Disrupt SF Hackathon to show us how they would solve various challenges through the creative production and application of technology. And true to TechCrunch form, we will have plenty of sponsored prizes, including a $10,000 grand prize for the top hack team.
Hack your way to Disrupt SF
All eligible hacks submitted will be reviewed and rated by a panel of judges. The top 70 teams will receive Innovator Passes to TC Disrupt SF 2018 (max 5 per team). Additionally, the top 30 highest scoring hacks will be eligible to demo their hack at Disrupt SF in the semi-finals from which we’ll select 10 to pitch their hack on The Next Stage in front of thousands of Disrupt attendees with one receiving the $10,000 grand prize.
