ScaleUp Startups Exhibitor Program

Startups who are either in Series A or Series B funding and have raised $35M or less.

The deadline to apply has passed and all exhibit tables are booked.

No, please do not book “backup” tickets.

In the event your ScaleUp package is rejected, we will honor the ticket price that was active during the time of purchase if you would still like to come as an attendee.

However, if you book tickets on your own “as a backup” (like founder pass or attendee pass) you’ll receive only a 50% refund of the ticket purchase price when you email your cancellation to events@techcrunch.com by July 31, 2024 at 11:59pm PT. Amount will be refunded to the method of original purchase. After July 31, tickets are non-refundable for any reason.

With your package you will receive: 

• (1) 6’ x 30″ table, (1) table linen, and (2) chairs
• (1) day to exhibit. Date with available tables is on October 30.
• (1) 11” x 14” tabletop sign with startup logo
• Access to lead generation provided
• Access to complimentary partner wifi network
• Logo and company profile in the TechCrunch Disrupt mobile app
• Access to the TechCrunch Disrupt press list
• (10) Expo+ passes
• (4) startup exhibit team-member passes

While all team members will get access to the same benefits, only the founder(s) of the company will be able to access additional founder-only benefits such as access to the Deal Flow Cafe, Speaker Q&A Sessions, Investor-to-Founder Networking, and Investor Opt-In List.

This is all included in the price of your package, and you’ll designate your founders during on-boarding once your application is approved.

Yes, upon intent to participate the ScaleUp Exhibitor Packages are $3,500 and, if your startup is accepted, that fee is non-refundable.

If your application is rejected you will receive a full refund of $3500.

We receive all applications on a rolling basis.

Startup Battlefield is specifically for pre-series A Startups (bootstrapped, pre-seed, seed) who apply for a chance to pitch on the main stage and win $100K equity-free prize money. These startups also exhibit for all 3 days of the conference. Startup Battlefield 200 is free to apply.

Our sponsor exhibitors get to exhibit for all 3 days of the conference, get more branding/exposure opportunities, bigger spaces, and more tickets to the show.
