Event Overview
TechCrunch Disrupt is a three-day conference taking place from October 27 to October 29 at Moscone West in San Francisco, focused on breaking technology news and developments with big-name thought leaders who are making waves in the industry.
At the heart of Disrupt lies the Startup Battlefield 200 — 200 handpicked, early-stage startups exhibiting at this year’s event to showcase their latest developments and innovations, 20 of which will be selected as finalists to compete for a $100,000 grand prize on the Disrupt Stage. Throughout the event are activations, Roundtables, and Breakout Sessions, Braindate meetings, exhibitors to explore in the Expo Hall, and parties that drive networking and discovery within the tech ecosystem.

Please bring your ticket and a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge. Name on badge/ticket must match the name on ID. You cannot pick up a badge for another attendee.

Sit front and center to witness the intense Startup Battlefield 200, where the top handpicked 20 startups will pitch to the judge panel that features top-tier VC leaders. Learn from these leaders on what it takes to make a viable startup. Additionally, some of the industry heavyweights will share their invaluable insights during exclusive discussion sessions.

October 28 – 29 — 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Join AI industry experts as they unpack the accelerating advancements and possibilities of artificial intelligence. Delve into the science driving deep tech innovations, the products it’s shaping, and the ethical, social, and legal questions it raises.

A 30-minute collaborative conversation in a small-group setting led by an expert.
Space is limited, so pre-registration is required for Roundtable attendance. Registration coming soon.
Breakout Sessions
October 27 – 29 — 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
A 50-minute session with Q&A. This is where you can go deep with industry leaders on how to solve specific challenges facing today’s entrepreneurs.

A handpicked group of 20 pre-Series A startups are selected to compete for the coveted Disrupt Cup, a $100,000 prize, and exhibit at the show.
Expo Hall

Head to the Expo Hall on the first floor for nonstop tech action, networking, and engagement with partners, service providers, and startups.
Pitch-Showcase Stage
October 27-29 — 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The Pitch-Showcase Stage is located in the Expo Hall where startups from the show floor can pitch their company and shine.
Startup Pavilions
Startups from around the world come to exhibit Disrupt. Check out the pavilions in the Expo Hall to explore the world from Disrupt.
Recharge Zone
Play some games, relax, or catch up on some work in the Recharge Zone located in the Expo Hall.
StrictlyVC
For Investor Pass holders only

Located on the third floor, this area is a great spot to grab a coffee, relax, and make new connections with other founders and investors. Opens at 8:00 a.m.

Located in the urban heart of San Francisco’s SoMa district, the Moscone West Center is easily accessible by transit for Disrupt attendees.

Ride-share
We highly recommend attendees take a ride-share service to Moscone West. Here’s some helpful information about getting around San Francisco.
Public Transit
BART offers fast, convenient regional service, and MUNI Metro provides light rail service throughout the city. To reach Moscone North & South, take BART or MUNI to Montgomery Station. To reach Moscone West, take BART or MUNI to Powell Station.
Caltrain offers a frequent schedule to the nearby station at 4th & Townsend Streets. All of these stations are within a few minutes’ walk of the Moscone Center.
Ferries offer transport between San Francisco and cities located across the San Francisco Bay. The San Francisco Bay Ferry provides weekday, weekend, holiday, and seasonal services to nine terminal locations around the Bay, including Alameda, Oakland, and Vallejo. From San Francisco’s Ferry Terminal, riders can connect to surface and subway options, taking them to the Moscone Center.
