Volunteer at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025

1. You must be able to volunteer at least 12 hours before or during the event.
2. After your application is accepted, you will need to attend a mandatory in-person orientation on Sunday afternoon, October 26th.
3. Applicants must be 18 years or older
4. Local applicants are preferred but not required

Volunteer positions are open from Saturday, October 25th to Wednesday, October 29th. Should your application be accepted, we will direct you to a platform where you can sign up for volunteer shifts during these days.

Volunteers help with plenty of fun tasks, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Registration check-in
• Line or traffic control 
• Directional/customer support
• Expo set up support
• General event setup

Applications are reviewed weekly, and we will begin to notify approved applicants starting the first week of September. We will select and notify all volunteers by the first week of October. Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we will only notify those whose applications are accepted.

This is a volunteer opportunity. TechCrunch will not reimburse for any expenses, including travel incurred by volunteers. You will, however, gain invaluable experience by being a part of our amazing volunteer team.

Yes, training takes place at the mandatory orientation on Sunday, Oct 26th, and at the start of your scheduled shifts.
