Roundtables
These 40-person, 30-minute expert-led sessions curated by TechCrunch foster dynamic, organic conversations between hosts and attendees, shaped entirely by the host’s approach. Sign-up is required to join. Register here for up to 5 roundtables.
Some things to keep in mind while registering:
- Be sure to click “Save Your Seat” to secure your spot.
- Adding a session to your calendar or clicking the heart does not save your seat.
- Seats at the session are held for 3 minutes after the start time.
- If a session is full or you’re late, head to the waitlist line. Entry is first-come, first-served based on available seats.

Networking
Powered by Braindate
Start scheduling meetings before the event with fellow attendees by sharing your topics and exploring other topics to spark insightful, in-person conversations during TC All Stage. Whether it’s 1:1 or small groups, Braindate meetings are the perfect space to brainstorm, problem-solve, and connect with brilliant minds.
You can access Braindate through our event app, or you can use the Braindate desktop.
What is Braindate?
You’ll have access to Braindate history, chats, and connects through Aug 15, 2025. After July 15, you won’t be able to schedule any Braindates.
Braindates are topic-driven, in-person conversations hosted by attendees that occur in the Braindate Lounge at the event, in small groups for 45 minutes or in 30-minute one-on-ones. Please note, that attendees have to opt-into the braindate platform to appear there.
Watch Now: How to Use Braindate

- In the app home page, click on the “Go To Braindate” button
- Join Braindate Topics you find interesting on the Topic Market
- Create your own 1:1 or small-group topics (up to 5 attendees, including host) so that others can join you for a braindate.
