Some things to keep in mind while registering:

Be sure to click “Save Your Seat” to secure your spot.
Adding a session to your calendar or clicking the heart does not save your seat.
Seats at the session are held for 3 minutes after the start time.
If a session is full or you’re late, head to the waitlist line. Entry is first-come, first-served based on available seats.

What is Braindate?

You’ll have access to Braindate history, chats, and connects through Aug 15, 2025. After July 15, you won’t be able to schedule any Braindates.

Braindates are topic-driven, in-person conversations hosted by attendees that occur in the Braindate Lounge at the event, in small groups for 45 minutes or in 30-minute one-on-ones. Please note, that attendees have to opt-into the braindate platform to appear there.

Suggest a time to meet, add a message to your invite, and hit send!
You won’t be able to connect unless you have a braindate or they have a braindate already created!

How do you share/find contact details for other attendees?

You can only share/receive direct contact details from other attendees you’ve connected with through Braindate (1:1, Group)
Some attendee opt in to share their LinkedIn profile link directly on their Braindate profile, which is another way to connect

Meals for purchase are available from the three food trucks at the venue during the event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Select tickets are eligible for transfer. You can only transfer your ticket to another person who is eligible for the same ticket type. All transfer requests must be made through the transfer request form located in your ticket registration email with the subject line “Your Registration Confirmation to TechCrunch All Stage 2025.” Not all ticket types are eligible to transfer.

All transfer requests must be made through the form by July 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Please note that once you transfer a ticket to a new individual, we will cancel your original ticket and issue a brand-new ticket link to your recipient. They will then need to register themselves for the event.

Once a badge is printed, we cannot transfer it to a new individual.

I am a stealth founder/soon-to-be founder. Can I book a Founder Pass?

How can I update information on my ticket?

To update the information on your ticket, click the “Manage Your Registration Details” link on your confirmation email with the subject line “Your Registration Confirmation to TechCrunch All Stage 2025.” The information provided on your ticket will need to match your government-issued photo identification card, and the information provided will be used on your badge during the event.

Please note that you are NOT able to update/change your email address through the “Manage Your Registration Details.” If you need to update your email, please contact us at events@techcrunch.com.

Am I able to exchange my ticket for a different type?

You have the option to exchange the ticket type that you purchased only one (1) time. If you elect to exchange your ticket for a more expensive ticket type, then you will be responsible for paying the difference between what you originally paid and the current ticket price of the new ticket type before the change can be processed. However, if you decide to exchange your ticket for a less expensive type, you are not eligible for a refund on the price difference regardless of the date of purchase. Once an exchange occurs, we can no longer make additional ticket changes or revert to the original ticket. All ticket types have additional access and qualification restrictions; proof of qualification will be required before an exchange can occur.

All requests for an exchange must be sent to events@techcrunch.com.

Can I use the same ticket for multiple people (i.e., share a single badge with team members/friends)?

Can minors attend the conference?

Attendees who are minors (persons younger than 18 years old at the time of the event) must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is 18 years or older and who can take legal responsibility for the minor. The TechCrunch ticket and badge policy applies to minors. Please note that some events/parties are only accessible to attendees who are 21 and over.

Some event content may contain mature themes (such as sex, violence, and drug use) that may not be suitable for minors. Adult chaperones are responsible for managing and reviewing content/themes to see if it is suitable for their accompanied minors before, during, or after the event.
