Suranga Chandratillake has (almost) seen it all, and predicted much. He was the early CTO for Autonomy. He then founded blinkx in 2004 because he figured there would be a need for a search engine for video and audio content. Blinx shifted from London to San Francisco, became profitable, and even IPO’d for $1Bn. He now invests in many of Europe’s hottest startups.
